DAYTONA SR400/500 CLUTCH CABLE – SHORT, (-100mm), 30175The DAYTONA SR400/500 CLUTCH CABLE (-100mm), PART NUMBER 30175 suits all SR models (78~21). The short length CLUTCH cable is for use with clip on bar specification or low clubman type bars. In some cases, it is also used with narrow drag bars. This cable has a mid-way adjuster and can be adjusted normally as per your workshop manual. End fittings are correct for the SR400/500 clutch lever and engine holder. If building a custom SR, you want the best appearance possible, forget about excessively long cable overhang and do the job right first up.SUITS:-> SR400/SR500 (78~08) & SR400FI (10 ~21). Some early model bikes (78-82) had “wide bars”. In that case the cable may be shorter than -100mm. Regardless of length, consider that this cable is for “clip on bar use” (or similar low bars), also often used on low hanging clubman bars, Ace bars, narrow drag bars etc. If unsure of suitability, measure what you need based on the above provided length!NOTE:1. Always ensure your clutch is adjusted correctly, and the clutch and related parts are in good working order.2. Cable should be lubed when fitting and ends should be greased.3. Ends are made for the factory clutch lever, if you have made changes to the clutch lever ensure it is suitable for use with SR clutch cables.4.
